    Here was a waistcoat I got on clearance that is a linen cotton mix, IIRC, and is a nice herringbone. It is lightweight and cool. Pardon some of the other fashion sense in the image... I have progressed a bit in THCD since this photo was taken.

    Isaac, I am afraid your idea of "really hot" differs from that of David Pope and me... Unless it reaches 95 with 90% humidity in your neighborhood. Adding a waistcoat is only going to be an option if it has ice cubes in the pockets
