I just take off my tie, jacket, and belt and roll my sleeves if the weather is warm but tolerable: If it's really hot I usually wear lighter weight kilt hose and casual loafers (LL Bean camp mocs), skip the flashes, sgian dubh, and belt, and wear an open collar shirt with my shirt sleeves rolled up. I wear one of my simpler leather daywear sporrans.
