Hey all, my name is levi mcclain. i just got into kilts a couple months ago and am desperate to learn more. this is my first post and i am looking forward to talking to all those who can further my miniscule knowlegde of kilts. i live in iowa and was wondering if there are any of my kilted brethren in this state.so far i havent seen any kilts being worn any where in iowa. i have one kilt and its a piece of crap. I bought the pattern from a sewing company. i dont know if the pattern is authentic , but i know the end result is not. the person who made it for me made it badly, so ive only worn it outside of my home once. it really sucks. i am 17, and i want to know evrything i can about wearing kilts. i have been reading a lot if the posts and have enjoyed it.so please help me!
i wold like to wear kilts at least 50 % lf the time i just dont have the money right now. if you have any advice please ill take all the help i can get.
