so, my birthday is in late August, My father has built me a present, he had no way of hiding it, since he built it at the store he owns (woodcraft), and I work there for him, but I saw it for the first time this morning I grabbed a few pics and thought I would share.

its 7ft tall, made out of all white Oak, (dry-brush gel stained) its not completely don here in the pics, it needs to be sanded a bit and waxed. and he wants to find a purple pillow for the seat cushion.





here is the story behind this;
My bed room has been the same from the time we moved into the house, (I was 2 years old) in August I turn 18. I finally got my parents to let me change the look to something more modern (age apporpriate). So I thought for a while and I came up with turning it into a Celtic/Midievil feel, mostly because my hobbies are things like making swords and armour.

sorry no kilt, he doesn't like it when I work in a kilt, it seems to scare costumers away.
