Kilted Chefs oan Telly!

I have cable and the cooking channel (go figure) and have been unable to locate this show - but I'll keep my eyes open for it...........

The show is on BBC America, and the episode was a good one.

I have a part-time catering/personal cheffing business. Though I haven't done any gigs in a kilt (yet), I've been tempted to advertise myself as "The Kilted Caterer".

But in a full commercial kitchen? Na.

I am a regular kilt wearer and a caterer and I wouldn't let anyone (including me) work in my kitchen in a kilt. With the lower legs bare there is no protection. The only time I wear a kilt for work is when I am running a Scottish event or doing a Scottish cooking demo.

I have to agree with Hamish. Although the language is bleeped out in America, You still know what he is saying. Tonight I watched "My Family" on BBC america. They did a takeoff on Gordon Ramsey. It was really hilarious. But I still agree with Hamish.

It's a good show but the language is over the top.
