Is there a suit forum where...?
OK, I will start with an apology to anyone who might be offended by the following question. I mean no disrespect I just don't understand the phenomena.
So the completed title should read: Is there a suit forum where people post every time someone says they like or dislike the suit they are wearing?
What I'm alluding too is why there are so many posts about benign comments when someone is wearing a kilt. they tend to read along the lines of:
"We stopped at the waffle house and a young guy in a leather jacket said cool kilt "
"I went to pick up my car at the shop and the mechanic wanted to know what tartan"
"I went to MacDonald's and the girl behind the counter asked me 'the question' "
Obviously these are fictitious examples but I think rather true to form. Again I am not picking anyone out, but I don't understand why there are so many of these treads and the discussion that goes with them.
I certainly understand a truly out of the ordinary experience, but the day to day ones baffle me. Is it something, someone can explain? Maybe I have just worn a kilt to long to get it? I don't know.
Again no offence is meant, I'm just trying to understand my fellow rabble.
