weddings
My daughters wedding is Sunday (Aug 3). I will be formally kilted (at least as much as possible). Since the wedding party will be wearing tuxedos/gowns I opted to go without a PC jacket since the wedding is outdoors and it is going to be a warm day. So, I will be formal as well with a little comfort added without the jacket. But I will be in my waistcoat (the kind you can wear without a jacket). White dress shirt. Gillie's with white hose and cuffs and my white rabbit fur formal sporran. I also have a dirk, but still up in the air about that. If I were a guest instead, I would have worn loafers or dress shoes and colored or plain hose/socks. My semi formal sporran and Argyle jacket. One thing about kilt wearing...there are so many levels of dress, it's knowing which level to be at I guess.
