Kilt Pin Placement
Hello all,
Just got my first kilt from Rocky (woohoo!!) And had a question about the placement of the Kilt Pin. The apron has a USA Kilts patch sewn on to the lower corner, about where I thought the kilt pin should go. I kind of like the patch on the kilt though. There's not a whole lot of color on the Clark tartan, and I think the bit of yellow and silver from the patch looks nice on it. The only problem is, the patch doesn't weigh enough to hold the apron down in a breeze.
Is it ok to wear the Kilt Pin in addition to the little patch on the apron? And if so, where should it be placed? Above the patch, to the side?
Pictures are in the thread in General Kilt Talk title "It's Here!!"
thanks for the advice,
Casey
