Sorry for the confusion - its an XMarks thing...
As described on the X-Marks FAQ:
A 'TANK' is defined as an eight-yard, wool, hand-sewn, traditional kilt. ie., "It's built like a tank." (coined by Jimmy Carbomb c.2005)
