Please don't go buy hangers for your kilts. Most of those sold as kilt hangers simply don't work any better than what you probably already have in your closet.

You can use almost any hanger designed for pants or skirts. Many department stores throw out their hangers and will let you have all you want for free.

Here is a link to my method of hanging kilts. It was developed after taking down and re-hanging kilts all day long in my shop.

This method will work for any kilt. The one in the tutorial is a full Traditional kilt in 16oz Wool. It weighs in at just under 4 pounds.
