Besides the time traveling advantages, traveling by T.A.R.D.I.S. gives you much more room for the luggage. Having more than a couple bags seems to shock the locals when you get a taxi or get on the train or bus.

Well all I can say Chris is that I have seen a gentleman at Caerlaverock Castle in a Visit Scotland tartan and I know though someone who is a guide at Stirling Castle who told me that this was the case.
