St. Paddy's Day = Corned beef, cabbage, taters, and Guinness and TD by the gallon.
It's also what I have for my birthday, wedding anniversary, New Years, Cinco de Mayo, Bunson Burner Day...
The grass is greener on the other side of the fence...and it's usually greenest right above the septic tank.

Wouldn't that be awful, Ted? To eat until you pop?

Yes, like in Monty Python's, The Meaning of Life.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

With a big dollop of mustard on the side of the plate, this is darn hard to beat. But you forgot to add a few carrots and onions in there! Boil everything together until the beef is tender, then coat it it in our secret recipe of molasses and spices, and roast it till crispy on the outside.... HEAVEN!!!
But I LOVE a good roast pork boston butt. Before I had to go gluten free, I would get it sliced, and pack the slices with stuffing, tie it up, and roast it. Now, just the roast itself, with spuds, carrots, onions and garlic.
Then again, it is pretty tough to beat some good chicken, I don't care how it is cooked. My favorite parts being the tail, neck and back. Same with turkey.
Good braised/roasted trotters are tops too...
I just need to stop... I could write all night... I love good food!
And genuine USMC creamed beef... Always makes me happy.
