I don't think I'd want to be served on a stick or covered with nacho cheese sauce either, which I think covers the spectrum of State Fair cuisine.

True- But my thinking is that hopefully, he will escape the entire state fair theme.
Also- How are those pictures coming, O, my brother?

If he comes via a northern route maybe but if he comes through the south not so much.
I'm more worried about that these are Texans. Sorry folks after 10+ years here I can say that the idea of facing a large group of "rilled" up Texans might give even the Great Old one pause...
As for the deep fried or on a stick I think I'll pass. I'll go for the whipped cream

First, you get a time machine...
This project began almost a year ago, the material (which includes 3 custom dyes) was ordered in early July, and the first 3 (by my count) kilts are only recently finished.
Unless there were to be another MASSIVE desire (upwards of 100yds double width), I doubt this tartan will be remade.
Such is the will of the Elder Gods.

I wouldn't be too disheartened. A number of people have also expressed interest, so I wouldn't completely rule out another run in the (probably somewhat distant) future; though I'm not sure Artificer would want to go through all that again!
If 25 people decide they each want four yards, that makes 100 yards. Six or seven people (at least) have asked about this tartan after the deadline, so you're a third of the way there.
