A great modern day hero , I personally wouldnt call a dish after a hero , unless my culinary skills were suitable to grace the finest tables in the world ! My thoughts only .

This sounds like "bleeding from the sweat glands" hot - good for insanity - finest tables may be unwise.

Pants is only a present tense verb here. I once panted, but it's all cool now.

I don't know about the finest in the world, but I would like to think that with four culinary certifications that I can make a dish worth eating. In this case, I simply wish to honor someone who deserves to have his name out there. Maybe this will help to burn his name into the minds of a few.

Wow. Just checked out this guy. Never really heard of him until now. What true bad a**. Nothing like playing the pipes while charging up toward the enemy with a claymore. What went through there minds when they saw one of their men shot with an arrow? Awesome. That recipe sounds great too. Might serve it with a double portion of Nexium too.

There will be a write up about him. I just talked to my collaborator on the project and he said that he thinks that it would only be fitting. If nothing else it might get the name out to those who otherwise would not have heard of him.
