Phil, I agree he is brilliant at his job, but his language is absolutely appalling and, as a result I refuse to watch his TV programmes. There are those who watch because of his language, but not me!!

Funny thing, in the states - most of his rough language is beeped over or edited out which, I'm suspect you'll agree is no small task!

Over here BBC America 'bleeps' out all his profanities. Otherwise, his show is enjoyable, but makes you wonder what really happens behind the scenes at a restaurant. Probably wouldn't want to eat there if we knew.
