    Red face times

"By the way Scot did you ever say a time for the supper?? I didn't see it but that doesn't mean it wasn't there he he"

You didn't see it because I didn't put it there. I am old, forgetful, and I take two handfuls of meds daily. That's my excuse. In fact, I've been pretty slack about details, haven't I? That's because nothing is cast in stone yet. However . . .

With only 2 1/2 weeks to go, I'd better get busy.

I am thinking about the whole thing kicking off about 6:00 PM, gathering for drinks, chat, lies, lassie oggling, kilt inspecions (my wife's favorite part), and a little cattle reiving. I can provide any written material anyone wants then.

We can all get acquainted since I don't know any of you guys on sight, and plan to begin the festivities about 6:30 - 6:45, depending on how long it takes us to kill, skin, and cook the haggis. I think we'll pipe the rascal in around 6:45 - 7:00.

If any of you lads play the pipes, please let me know. I haven't lined up a piper yet, and it would be great to use local talent. Even if you aren't really piobrach rated, if you can do "Scotland the Brave" and one or two others, it'll be nice to have an X'er doing the honors.

One other thing: it's time to make your wishes known about any particular part you'd like to do. And we'll need at least one lassie to respond to the Toast to the Lassies, so if one of your wives goes in for drama, sign 'er up.
