I've been on a sub that's done that... and then some. On my first boat, during "post shake down trials," we had to do a full blow from test depth. I can't tell you the exact number, but I can say "in excess of 800 feet." A full blow means we dump the entire contents of our emergency air banks into the main ballast tanks. I forget the exact number, but that's A LOT of 4500psi air being dumped from DEEP. End result... the whole boat leaves the water at a 20+ degree up angle. Totally fun.
BTW... I'm in Phoenix now. Keep jonesin' for those pics.
