    Like Dirk Skene, I have no musical ability and really admire those that can play any instrument.

    Here is a link I've posted before to a friend's website where he talks about taking up the bagpipes in his thirties and learning how to play. There's lots of information for pipers of all levels as well as a competetion log he has been keeping.

    I've been to his site Panache (followed a link you put up elsewhere some time back.) I found it VERY inspirational. I love the story of how his grandfather first "earned" his pipes.
