    Hmm, actually, now that I think about it, your kilt may be an ASSET rather than being neutral, in terms of job performance. I know you're on and around the res a good bit, but offhand I don't know how many of your clients are indigenos and how many are "immigrants." Whether because it's simply not pants (like the Army wore pants, like the Indian Agents wore pants, like the BIA wears pants today . . . ), or because you could explain that not too too terribly long ago YOUR PEOPLE TOO were oppressed and colonized---not to work up any frenzy, but just to . . . umm, to set yourself apart from The Man.
