I know one of the things you wanted changed was to have the pleats sewn down. Did you also have the straps redone or was that not an issue?

I recall that thread and also that the tartan was really very nice. I look forward to seeing the refitted kilt.

Correct Grant, you have a fine memory!
The pleats have been sewn in the normal fashion from about six inches down from the top, but not full length. The straps have been redone, a partial liner added inside top.
The only small matter is that there are no belt loops, I didn't think to mention it, I guess I assumed that was part of a normal casual kilt. No matter really, hardly worth mentioning.
Overall it has a much better shape and fit.
