Now there are two pics for comparing the two top choices!
Convener, Georgia Chapter, House of Gordon (Boss H.O.G.)
Where 4 Scotsmen gather there'll usually be a fifth.
7/5 of the world's population have a difficult time with fractions.

Hey Barb,
Any chance you can share the type/model of camera that took those lovely pics.
Some digital cameras (mine!) are overpowered/confused by all the lines of the tartans and don't reproduce well.
That camera's brains did great.
Thanks if you know.
Ron

I haven't voted as I don't intend to get either in the immediate future. However, of the two I prefer the Maple Leaf which I think is a fantastic tartan. Who knows, maybe one day I will get one
The Kilt is my delight !

In part it's the camera, and in part it's the brains behind the camera. My husband took all three photos, and he's a professional photographer. So, he just takes good pictures. But he also has a fabulous Nikon digital camera called a Nikon D2X. I don't think you want to know how much it cost......I have one of the older Nikon D70s, though, and it takes pretty swell pics for not as much money. I think the current equivalent is the new Nikon D300, which isn't cheap, either, but it's less than the Nikon professional cameras.
