Speaking as a person "of substance" - read that bigger & fatter than I should be, I know that Barb is right. My wife, the ultimate authority for me in this area for me, says the same thing.

A kilt is very slimming on those of us who are slim to begin with, too... Epecially with a military rise. I love my new Black Watch, but it makes me look like a twig wrapped in tartan!
