It's all those non-meat fixins that get you. It's not that hard to eat a five pound roast in one day, but when you throw a corn field, a wheat field, and a vegetable farm in there, you start getting full pretty quick.

On another note I just watched River Cottage Christmas on TV and Hugh (the host) did a ten stacked roast - I read somewhere that he's done a sixteen stacked one before. Don't think I fancy that...
