My Great Grandfather and his younger brother both rode with John Hunt Morgan, I have a copy of my GGF's testimony on behalf of my Great Uncle for his civil war pension application. Both of them enlisted at Mt. Sterling, Kentucky It is interesting some of the connections we share here on X-marks.
Guys, good luck with the kilts, that is indeed a very nice tartan.
