Oh sure, and well I remember that time. Sometimes I forget just how blessed I am to be retired and not have to dance at the beat of anothers drum. I, also just went and counted the three pair of jeans that still hang in my closet, because I can not bare to let them get thrown away in the trash.
But then I also look at the lovely examples of Highland heritage that I have the good fortune of wearing everyday. Sometimes I forget that others aren't as lucky as I am. If you only have one kilt to wear, -then wear it well.
Just as we convert our old style clothes to kilt wear, there must be something that I can do with those jeans. If I can convert a regular jacket to kilt wear then ........ what to do with those old jeans??
I still think the best way to carry a kilt, when it is needed, is to roll them and case them and plunk them into a suitcase. Nothing special really needed, except an old pair of discarded panty hose.
