May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be at your back, may the sun shine warm upon your face, may the Lord hold you in the palm of his hand, may you be half an hour in heaven before the devil knows you're dead and may the Guinness never run out!!

Have a glorious St. Patrick's Day also. Just headed out to start the first of two nights worth of celebration. Only wish I had something green other than camouflage!

May the Lord take a liking to you- just not too soon.
Same to you!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day to all. Tomorrow at 9:30 AM I am making a presentation to a combination of 3 first grade classes. It will be a 20-30 minute talk St. Patrick's Day and about kilts in general.
I'll be wearing my 5yd, 16oz wool Ireland's National. I had initially been invited to speak to just the first grade class of the young man that lives next door to me, but when the other teachers found out about it they were excited and wanted their classes to hear the talk as well. So I'll be speaking to all the classes at the same time in the school cafeteria - about 75 first graders all at once . I've been rehearsing today to make sure that I keep things at a first grade level - don't want them to become disinterested. It should be fun and a wee bit challenging as well.
