    As stated above, the velcro does allow for more adjustment. I also have a buckle adjustable belt and it sees very little use due to its bulk. Unless you are considering having a belt made to measure, (see Oconee Leather), I would recommend a velcro adjustment.

    I do not like the Velcro adjustable belts, for me they are too bulky, but it makes changing out buckles easier. I am going to order a belt from Oconee Leather Works.
