I just learned those words while studying Spanish at my school. It sounds really neat to say, doesn't it?

I've also heard it called 'kilt escoces'. When I've used that in the neighborhood here, people seem to understand.

Interestingly enough, in a very mixed neighborhood on Chicago's North Side, I've only had positive comments including from the Hispanic and African American gangbangers.
