This is a public forum and Mr. Fay can chime in anytime he wants. I'd gladly listen to the other side of the story if it were forthcoming. So far I've only seen the first hand reports of five forum members who have had less than good service. I sure as heck wouldn't accept a machine stitched kilt when I didn't order one.

I have heard that this "Mac" who seems to know so much was a recently terminated employee and that The Scotland Yard is still under ownership of the same family that has had the store from the beginning. It seems to me that people should know the facts instead of listening to just one side of the story.
