Kilt Strap Extenders

Ron, thanks for bringing these to my attention. I just ordered a set. I'm losing weight and bought a WPG MacKenzie military box pleat kilt on ebay, but it's a bit too small. I'm intrigued by what Tetley said about using them to wear kilts that are too big too (I have a few of those), but I'm not sure how that would work.



How do they work in this instance?

I'm too big for the kilt not the other way round. The effect is the same in that in all cases the kilt is too small and the extenders allow the kilt to be worn, only in my case the kilt are deliberately too small since I'm losing weight not gaining it.
