Yeah, but they don't get the blue screen of death, nor any of the hundreds of thousands of viri out there for windoze. Besides, a worm in your apple is just extra protein.

Besides, a worm in your apple is just extra protein. I havent gotten a single blue screen since the mid 90s, and I certainly haven't had a virus since...what...early 2001 or so? All you have to do is get your system to update regularly (or take the responsibility to do it yourself) and get a good antivirus (plenty of free ones ). And yes, I used to own an Apple PC (yes, apples are also PCs as much as the x86 based ones) cheers

I picked up the Macbook Pro today, for $100 less than the 24" Imac ( $1599 vs $1699). They were out of stock on both the 24: Imac and the cinema display but I went ahead and picked up the Pro. I will pick up a display at a later date. My Pro has the matte finish, the glossy just doesn't cut it for work that gets transferred to paper. Now it's going to take me a good week to get everything transferred and my software loaded on it. Rob
