Welcome Cousin,
My Scott line goes back to Kentucky in the early 1800s...just were so dang many Scotts that can't find which are mine. Family lore is one was a musician in the Army in the War of 1812 and got a land grant in Indiana for his service and that's how the family moved on.

I wear the same tartan (Scott Red Modern hand sewn by Kathy Lare) in honor of those Scott ancestors I know and the one's I've yet to figure out.
