    Nice stuff

Has this ever happened to you?

I just bought a touch shy of 5 yards of Royal Stewart wool fabric off of ebay, to make a kilt for my cousin. It's now here at the house, and I got it out and ironed it flat this morning. It doesn't have a kilting selvedge, so I'll have to hem it, but that's OK. I need to get cracking on this thing, it's supposed to be done by Christmas. I'm going to pleat it to sett and hand-sew the pleats.

This stuff is NICE....dang, now I wish it was for a kilt for ME!!!!

If it is 5 yards of double width and a good weight - two five yard box pleats?

No, it's about 7 1/2 feet of double width. Pity!!!
