    That is good to read.

    I had lower back pain for about 15 years, which was resolved by accident, but I still feel for anyone who suffers.

    Spines were never intended to work vertically, they were designed to be slung in the horizontal, but some crazy ape fell out of his tree and must have landed on his head, and thereafter was determined to walk upright.

    Be sure to take all the advice you need on your recovery, and all the time you need for healing.

    Then you shoud be good to go for anything.
