Maple leaf listed again on F&K website

Just to let folks know that F&K has 16oz Maple Leaf listed on the remnants page. There is also 14oz Black Watch (it is very nice - just picked up a few meters) and 12oz MacBeth

After the fast sale of all of the last Maple Leaf remnants I convinced Gordon to do another run.

I have 16 meters double-width here in the shop.

    Note --- This fabric has a small Sett. 4 3/8" compared to 5" for Marton Mills 13oz. and 5 7/8" for Lochcarron's 16oz. fabric.

After I lost out on the previous run The Wizard of BC secured some of the extra fabric which has now been run and he will be building my Maple Leaf kilt for me.
All worked out well in the end as I eventually got refunded in full via paypal from my original purchase without losing out on currency exchange.

I just ordered 6 meters of Maple leaf (I missed the last one and have regretted it) to send to Lady Chrystel. Anyone want to go 1/2? It's assymetric, so i had to order full length and will have 1/2 left over

Glad you got yours finally. I have been feeling so guilty ever since you got aced out on the last sale. The Wiz will probably have your kilt to you before I get mine back from Barb, knowing that her queue is several months out right now. Congrats.

You're such a tease, Steve. This is the only tartan on my "must get" list.

Why fight the urge! Just submit to the call of the maple leaf. One short phone call to Steve or Gordon and you will be hooked-up with this great tartan. (sorry for being the bad voice in our heads, that we all get at times, that says "just do it")

I wish Bruce, but given that I am off to Europe for 2 weeks on the 8th, it's just not in the cards right now. New kilt or side trip to Scotland? easy call.
