    Have you talked to Matt via e-mail or phone? In my (and a lot of other folks around here) experience, He's very easy to work with. You might even be able to catch him here via PM.

    Besides, your purchase helps support a worthwile cause -- the STM. Every kiltie should want to see the museum thrive.

    As I explained in an email, it would appear that we received some shorter-than-usual red garters in our last shipment, which is the reason for your problem.

    We have more on order, which I have specified to be the required standard 36" length, and we will replace the too-short garters as soon as the new stock arrives.

    Sorry for the troulbe in the meantime!

    Sounds like the problem will be solved. On another note, someone had post a link to a two and three color woven garter. I cann't find it now, but looked prety good.
