I have to add that I was never fortunate enough to try the real thing before I stopped eating meat, so I don't know how it compares. I usually don't compare... just enjoy flavors and textures if that makes sense
I wasn't out there Saturday, sadly  I wonder if anyone got any photos? Get well soon!
As far as the fake haggis how-to, that's interesting. I guess there are situations where one might need a fake, non-food item for display purposes. Interesting!
