I know it is now time for you all to say "I told you so" but here's whats happening.
First of all let me first apologize for my Coronation st. remark after I had posted my comment I received a call from my lawyer who has put me in touch with the following Law companies Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP Commercial and International Law. Ottawa On, who work in partnership with Axion Commercial Law #4 School Wynd, Quarrier's Village, Bridge Of Weir, Scotland, they have taken up my case for false advertising and shipping materials internationally without proper or no description tags.
After doing "The Burn Test" as suggested on XMarks the Scot I found that about 70% of what I believed to be wool was indeed not so the company in question did supplement the shipments with a few Woolen kilts with tags I guess to throw off any suspicion on my part.
Again let me explain why I started this online business, It was to ensure that everyone could afford a kilt and wear it proudly, at one point I was sort of laughed out of a store when I tried to buy a kilt for about $200 that’s when I decided to do what I'm doing, it's not a business where I can make a lot of money, and that’s not what it's about, My wife and I have very good paying jobs, We and our children live a comfortable life, this www.allscottish.ca venture is a hobby.
I will be changing the descriptions and prices of my kilts to equal the quality, weight, and condition of the material used, I also seek advice from anyone who would like to help.
I would love to give you all the answers you seek like where and who did I buy from well I can say the kilts are from Scotland, but the head office of the Mill / weaving facility is in Sialkot as I found out today, At this time I am unable to divulge the company's name reason being I don't need at this time a law suit for Libel or slander, Upon conclusion of my legal enquiries I will release the company's name to all concerned.
I would like to thank you all for bringing me into your lives and this website I will continue to log in and reply to all your private messages as I have been doing so in the past.
Sincerely and best regards,
Sean
