Took the groom and groomsmen golfing the morning after the drunken debauchery of a bachelors party (and the day of his wedding), and on the second green one of the groomsmen, a close friend of mine still suffering the ill effects of the previous nights refreshments, notice a giant (about 6-8 inch) set of hoof marks gouged across the green, and commented "Are those deer tracks?" Barely 3 seconds later a small herd of cattle came bellowing out of the woods nearby, driving us off the green to the safety of our golf carts, followed shortly thereafter by a couple farmhands, the cattle having broken through thier fence and entered the golf property sometime during the night, and we being the first group out on the course that morning (probably the other reason for feeling the ill effects of the night before). It became a standing joke every time we were golfing after that and saw cattle in the next pasture to razz my buddy by asking to him to keep an eye out for any rogue "deer" while we each made our next shot.
