We ordered our kilts from scotweb btw. (Went for the Coburg modern tartan)

Probably not what you're after, but there's some nice stuff made of wood, no less, on this Woodland Treasures site.

Don't know about clan crests, but you can see from the bottom row on that particular page that they seem to be able to do some pretty intricate designs for kiltpins.

Also, no idea about costs. In fact, I know nothing about them, other than that their website contains objects of desire!
