Chelsea,
Me like. Same on the back.
And maybe a small Tartan Riders logo around the collar instead of a Saltire repeat. The Saltire could be superimposed on the bottom outside of the sleeve as a single flag if we want to include that in the design. I worry about using it on the collar since it is a different blue from the dominant blue of the Holyrood tartan and would stick out a bit too much being only on the collar, a very visible piece, but nowhere else.
Other design suggestions: club cut jerseys instead of race cut will fit more riders (for instance I would have to drop out if race cut were chosen since they do not make one big enough for me and my gut), jerseys should be full length hidden zipper if no extra cost, or at least 18 inch hidden zipper, the Tartan Riders logo could also be letters cut out of the same tartan, the shorts/bibs should be basic black with either side panels or an inverted U-panel of the tartan instead of solid tartan.

Seconding most of ForresterModern's comments with the exception of the Saltire placement. I think it might be lost on the outer edge of the sleeve as a single flag... If it's included as a single flag, a small one could go on the collar (front or back)... or, perhaps following cavscout's line of thought, if the sleeves were banded with a repeating design that suggests the Saltire without trying to represent it exactly, liberties could be taken with the color and the background blue could be the same as the dominant blue in the Holyrood tartan.
I also agree with ForMod about the fit issues... I'm certainly not as svelte as I once was!
