I would worry about the hip to waist ratio for her with the stillwater.
I know you have all the skills it would take to adjust the kilt, and even to traditionalize it, Dixiecat.
And of course, I am not an expert, or a tailor, or a kiltmaker, or any of that stuff.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
