They said it was wool, I can't tell and I'm not sure how much difference it will really make. My mother (former dressmaker) and my sister (seamstress) didn't seem to question what the fabric was so I'm inclined to believe its wool. sorry for the rambling but I want to be very clear in any review of a product or company.
If there's any extra fabric that can be snipped off without making any difference to the garment (like at the inside seams), take the sample and soak it in bleach overnight. If it dissolves, it's wool.
