Well I do not have good photos of all the different styles, but here's a couple;

This is a nice Tam O Shanter from J.Byous. about 10.5 inches in diameter measured across the top. Tams are usually "soft", without any rosette, like a beret with wide band and big toorie, but I have a stiffener in this one that supports a badge and stands it up a bit like a Caubeen.

Here is a "cheapest one I could find" brand plain Balmoral, about 9 inches in diameter across the top, with the typical rosette, small red toorie, and ribbon tails, in this case being worn as part of a outfit once a year for a Victorian festival.
Bonnet and hat threads traditionally eventually go off the rails, I really don't care to contribute to another, so I'll just say that I'm not of the school that says there are only two hats you may wear with the kilt, and one is only for pipers.
