Well, I'm gonna disagree with that. It's a fine line though. We used to tell Newfie jokes and Newfs would tell mainlander jokes. It gets racists if we're spouting P@k! jokes or P0ll@k jokes but surely there's room for some good natured ribbing. I sure don't mind a good joke at my expense, if it's a good joke and well told with a respectful eye. Besides, I think USAnians should all be used to the world taking pot shots at their nation with a target that big.

When "good natured," yes I agree: but what I'm referring to is not good natured and is exactly what I said, racist. As with most things in life, I blame the left and in fact the left here mostly learns it from the left in the USA who say it about their countrymen (women). When it's repeated by an outsider, it's hateful. If doing so is also considered virtuous by the foreign propogator, it's vile. Which is not what I call funny.
