steam punk kilt
The steam punk kilt looks nice, but I am guessing that someone into steam punk styling would have real gears and strips of metal on the kilt. Who offers this steam punk style kilt.

Alt.Kilt - Custom Urbanwear Kilts
Though, I kinda like their armored kilt, and eventually may try making an x-kilt inspired by that, though, I might use more stainless panels.

2nd thought - etched copperclad, with circuityr built in. Perhaps I need to figure this out before next May... What do you think, Mike?
