I have military duty on 2nd weekends and my yearly duty the last 2 weeks July so I'm for 5PMish August 6th at http://blackfinndallas.com/arlington/

Outstanding! The wife and I checked it out last weekend on one of our regular "Dallas runs." Nice place! I will try my best to make it and meet some of y'all. I assume 5PMish is a "start time" and getting there a little fashionably late would be no harm-no foul?

Mine is the 5th, my mother's was the 7th. I was her birthday present. Apparently Dad was too cheap to buy her anything that year...

P.S. Perhaps your Dad was just being a good thrifty Scot.
