I'll do my best to make it on time. I know my wife wanted to see the sheep herding as well and we didn't know it was taking place at the same time as the planned meet up. If I can't make it right at 11, I'll definitely be there for Albannach at noon. I'll be wearing a box pleated ancient Rose hunting kilt or a knife pleated modern Rose hunting kilt with a black leather Fergusson Britt sporran.

Wow. The mountians are so beautiful.
I like a nice short parade that ends at a bar.

Well, it was a bit tight as to whether or not I could make it but I managed to score 2 competitor tickets from my band so i will be there Saturday and Sunday. Of course there is no lodging available for last minute so I will be commuting both days. I have 3 or 4 open seats in my minivan (depending on how tight you want to sit next to each other) if anyone wants to carpool. For those of you in Boston, it's a quick train ride from North Station to the Lowell transit center. If anyone is interested, shoot me a PM.
I won't be able to meet up at 1100 Saturday because my band is leading the clan parade and then we have the massed bands at 1200. Which stinks because I will miss both Albannach and Glengarry Bhoys first performances of the day. After that, I think we are competing around 1400 (same @#$%!time as the next Albannach show) so some time between the massed bands and competition like around 1300 would be best for me.
I'm not sure what I will be wearing. I would like to wear my NH tartan kilt but I may have to wear my Leatherneck since I haven't received my band kilt and it's a closer match than the NH one. Maybe I'll wear the NH one anyway and then change for the competition...
Looking forward to seeing fellow XMarkers at the games!

Justin,
I saw you a few times and yelled to you but you were much faster in the crowd than me with a stroller and wife on crutches in tow. Met a few X-Markers and will get some photos up once downloaded.
It is late and I am tired after a long three days!

Sorry Justin, I didn't see you on Sunday. I tried the tent corner during the Albanach shows. Was mostly at the Clan MacNeil tent and the Pipe band activity on the Parade ground. (Grandstand that backs up to the Clans, away from the mountain).
I did meet Jaeson at both the Prydein show in the Pub tent, and at the Albanach in the Concert tent. Good to see many gents in quality kilts during the day. I was in my USAK American Heritage. Got a lot of compliments, and a few kilt checks. Used up my supply of Rocky's cards, and my supply of Xmarks cards while meeting people at the event.
Great weather, unlike the drowning at the Irish Festival last week.
