In the words of Max Brooks.....
"Organize BEFORE they rise". Zombie survival book, it gets reread more than it should.
Also, Remington makes a zombie repelant. It comes in 12 guage....

Well, with Samhein just around the corner, its good to know help is at hand.
Although I find a chain strimmer very satisfying for dealing with these kind of infestations.
And the roses grow REALLY well for some reason...

Re: Westlake Hardware stresses zombie preparedness!
I just saw one of the best zombie flicks I've seen in a long time... It's simply called "the dead" and it is based in Africa.
More Romero than Romero, and definitely less crappy than his last two crap sandwiches...
Btw for zombie repellent, quality trumps quantity... Reloading for a 12ga is expensive and your shoulder would hurt eventually. Large mags, incendiary rounds, and single shots... Read World War Z...
Have fun and throw far. In that order, too. - o1d_dude

Those are zombi roses. They eat roots instead of brains.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

I love World War Z! Simply an awesome book. I cringe a little at the movie (time will tell).
As far as incendiary rounds.... Ever shoot tracers in the woods? Good way to start a fire. Now surplus 5.56 penetrators on the other hand are fantastic!

Oh please, there are witch doctors and practitioners of Voodoo in Texas... usually CEOs. After all you can't have a successful board meeting, or should I say meating, without sacrificing a goat and blowing zombi powder in someone's face.

Re: Westlake Hardware stresses zombie preparedness!
Hey guys, I love the thread, but do we really need the photos of guns and talk about tracers etc. It would be a shame to see the thread closed because of guns.
