Have seen posts about using a fanny pack as a sporran of sorts while kilted.

Got to wondering if anyone wears their sporran with shorts or pantz as a sort of fannypack? Worn on the front of course, not as a true fannypack.

Sure, it'd look "different"....but seems it would be functional. Why buy a fannypack if you own a bunch of sporrans?

Most fannypacks are pretty plain looking....sporran would class up that special fannypack look.

Would at least lend a bit of a Scottish look to someone who wasn't wearing a kilt.
